$200 / 2 hours with Farmhouse catering
$450 / 2 hours with outside food
Rental of 20x24 well lit, ventilated and screened pavilion with tables and seating for 30-40
Use of front porch picnic tables for additional outdoor seating
After hours (5:30 – 10 pm) access to indoor dining room and front porch for decoration/dancing
Set up time prior to event as regular business allows complimentary
Four rack warmer and outdoor mini refrigerator/cooler available as needed.
Ice (bring your own cooler)

Rental of full front porch area for parties, picnic table seating for 30-40
Up to 1 hr set up time immediately prior to event complimentary
Limited outdoor cooler space for cake, food trays, etc.
Ice (bring your own cooler)
*Fee for Front Porch may be waived for groups that plan to order from daily menu during regular business hours, although reservations are suggested for large groups at any time. Fee would apply to groups that want exclusive use of porch, and times are restricted for this purpose to after hours or Sunday usage.

A few things to know when planning your event:
NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS POLICY; NO SMOKING IN PAVILION OR BUILDING
Cleanup not included in fee, you are expected to take out trash to dumpster and do general cleanup, return all seating and equipment to place you found it. (Extra fees may be billed as appropriate.)
Any damages will be charged to renter at replacement cost.
Depending on event, a staff member may be assigned to manage onsite.
Full event including cleanup must be concluded by 10:30 pm.
Rental must be completed by an adult over the age of 25, EVENT MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT OVER 25 YRS OLD
A 15% facility deposit is required to secure booking. (15% of facility fee, does not include catering) Remote Deposit options: Check, Venmo; Cash & Credit card payment only available onsite.
Full payment of catering and facility rental balances must be paid upon arrival on event date before commencing setup. Payment options: Cash, credit card, check, Venmo.
